1. Purpose

ORVAL Runner is a private desktop utility for authorized, deterministic file operations and verification workflows. It is not offered as a public service.

2. Authorized use

The application may be used only with accounts, files, folders, and data for which the user has lawful authorization. Users are responsible for the workflows they execute and for ensuring that requested operations are permitted.

3. Google services

ORVAL Runner may interact with Google Drive through Google's APIs after the user grants OAuth authorization. Use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

4. No public account or service commitment

ORVAL Runner does not provide public registration, uptime commitments, customer hosting, or a general-purpose cloud service. Availability depends on the local device, configured credentials, third-party APIs, and the operator's environment.

5. Data and credentials

Users are responsible for protecting OAuth credentials, local token files, and any local manifests produced by the application. Credentials should remain outside source-code repositories and should not be shared through chat, email, or other insecure channels.

6. Integrity controls

The application is designed to fail closed when required preconditions do not pass or when a material post-write state cannot be verified. These controls reduce operational risk but do not eliminate the need for user judgment and appropriate backups.

7. Disclaimer

The application is provided for private operational use without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for any particular external purpose. Third-party services, including Google Drive and Cloudflare, may change their APIs, policies, limits, or availability.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated if the application's scope or operating model changes. The current terms will remain available at this URL.
